How far in advance should I book the band?

We can save the date for you up to 2 years in advance, but please remember that summer, Christmas & New Year are particularly busy, so early booking is advised.

How long does the band usually play for?

2 x 75 minute sets with 1 x 15 minute break. Recorded background music in the break can be provided on request for no extra charge.

How much space do you need?

A minimum of 4m x 5m. Please allow at least 2m in front of the band if a temporary dance floor is being used.

What power supply do you need?

A minimum of 2 x 13 amp sockets, from different ring mains if possible so that the power is evenly distributed. We can provide our own extension leads.

Will you play in a marquee?

It can be arranged, however the floor space must be level and some sort of flooring is required – either hessian matting or something more solid. We do not play on grass. Power supply as above. A surge protection device must be fitted.

What set up time do you require?

Normally one hour.

Will the band play special requests?

A first dance or music that is special to you may be possible, provided it is requested in plenty of time.

Have you got Public Liability Insurance and is your equipment PAT tested?

We have PLI to the value of £2,000,000 and all our equipment is PAT tested annually.

Can I see the band before I book?

Not at a private function, but it may be possible for you to see us at a rehearsal if no public performances are advertised. You may also watch our promotional videos on our website, You Tube, Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.

Can you play in a venue with a sound limiter?

Yes. Please advise us if your venue has a sound limiter at the time of booking. We can play beneath the mandatory level of 85dB if required.

Can we use the band's P.A. System and microphones for wedding and other speeches?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Please remember a standard microphone lead is 5m.

What deposit do you require?

A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid on the day. Should you cancel the event, this is refundable on a sliding scale dependent on how much notice is given.
